What’s in it for you?

• Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,600 (depending on experience)

• 13th-month bonus and annual profit-sharing

• 40 days off per year (27 vacation + 13 ADV)

• Day shifts with early Fridays (Mon–Thu 8.25h, Fri 7h)

What are we looking for?

• MBO-level background in mechanical or metalworking fields

• Hands-on experience with CNC milling/turning—5-axis or multitask is a plus

• Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol is a plus

• Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

What will you do?

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines

• Perform quality checks and measurements

• Work with CAM software (e.g., Hypermill or Esprit)

• Maintain a safe, structured, and clean workplace

• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals
