What are we looking for?

• Motivation to learn everything about fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP).
• Experience with steel piping or a technical background in another field.
• Technical education at MBO-2 level (a diploma is a plus but not required).
• Basic knowledge of technical drawings (or willingness to learn).
• Communication skills in Dutch and/or English.
• A team-oriented, precise, and independent work ethic.

What will you do?

• Assembly and installation: Assemble and install prefab FRP piping systems at client locations in the (petro)chemical industry.
• Learn and apply: Develop expertise in laminating, welding, and fitting FRP pipes.
• Teamwork: Work closely with pipe fitters, foremen, and other specialists.
• Safety and quality: Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Flexibility: Participate in large projects, smaller assignments, and occasional workshop tasks.

You’ll start with comprehensive training at our workshop in Bergen op Zoom, where you’ll master working with FRP. Once trained, you’ll apply your new skills on project sites in the Rotterdam area, assembling and installing FRP piping systems alongside a team of skilled colleagues and supervisors.
